More than 110,000 passengers use BLS’s passenger trains every day.
The Operating Division provides all the services that are necessary to make the product «train» available, from Key Account Management as a contact point for customers and the management and maintenance of trains to the driving and manning of trains. Enterprises other than BLS are also able to profit from the services provided by Operating.

Ever since February 2009, the BLS operating has been under full steam: a large part of BLS’s fleet is undergoing extensive renovation in order to enable passengers to travel in more comfort and safety in the future.
